By creating an account or using GenAI Applied, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What we provide

GenAI Applied provides an adaptive AI assessment, by text or voice, and a personalised AI playbook with a learning path. Full courses are in development; you can join a waitlist to hear when they open.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for providing accurate information. Accounts may not be shared or transferred.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy or resell our content or AI-generated playbooks
• Use the platform to generate harmful or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent our systems
• Misuse the voice guide, for example by recording or impersonating others without consent

5. Intellectual property

The platform and its content are owned by or licensed to GenAI Applied. Your personalised playbook is licensed to you for personal use.

6. AI-generated content

Playbooks and voice conversations are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. They are educational guidance, not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. Always verify important information independently.

7. Limitation of liability

GenAI Applied is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
